Connected Care Services Ltd can offer to support you with everyday personal care tasks that you now need some level of assistance with. We provide a personalised care and support service that will be individual to yourself, a member of our senior team will visit you so we can understand your specific needs. Our aim is to provide a safe and professional service tailored to you. Our friendly and motivated care team bring our services directly to you so you can continue to enjoy the convenience and comfort of your own home.

CARE WORKER
We are looking for individuals who are interested in people.
Are you reliable, responsible and patient ?
Can you support and care for someone the way you would look for a care worker to support a loved one of your own ?

Would you pass the mum test ?
​
Due to our service involving travelling to and from people's own homes drivers are essential.
Use of own transport is required including class 1 business insurance.
​
You will be required to register with SSSC and gain the qualification related to your position within the timescale set by them.
​
